–         Panel discussant in seminar and movie session: On 27 June 2016 I am organizing a movie and discussion panel with the theme ‘Transgenderism in Iran’. I will be speaking on the transgender issue as a transnational problem, but also looking the specific case of Iran.

Gender politics, sexuality, violence against women, sociology/anthropology of space and harmful cultural practices.
