Eline Huygens works as an assistant and doctoral researcher at the Centre for Research on Culture and Gender. She holds a master degree in History (2012) and Conflict & Development (2014). She has more than two years of experience as a communication and project officer in a non-profit organisation working towards gender equality. Eline will be conducting an ethnographic research into gender constructions and notions of femininity among young Roman Catholic women in Flanders, with a research focus on embodiment and sexuality. Besides that, she will deliver educational support in the master programme Gender & Diversity.
